• DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN RELATIONS is the government agency on international integration and defense foreign affairs of the Army, performing the function of advising the military commission of the party central committee, the Minister of Defense in terms of policy, direction and measures of international integration and defense foreign affairs; directing, guiding and managing the external military activities; planning and organizing the external defense activities assigned; a representative of the Ministry of National Defence to representatives of foreign ries and international organizations in the field of defense.
