As planned, the expo expects the attendance of high-ranking Government leaders, representatives from central Ministries and departments, Hanoi city officials, international delegations, and defense and military leaders from numerous nations, alongside a vast number of delegates and visitors. This serves as a premier opportunity for enterprises to showcase their brand image, products, and capabilities to potential partners within a specialized networking environment.

The Sponsorship Promotion Conference for the Vietnam Defence Expo 2026 is organized to introduce the implementation plan for the Vietnam Defence Expo 2026 and provide detailed information on partnership and sponsorship opportunities for interested enterprises. The conference serves as a vital bridge between the Organizing Committee and the business community, contributing to the preparation of media resources and organizational coordination for this international-scale event, scheduled to take place in December 2026 in Hanoi.
The conference will be held at 9:00 AM on April 29, 2026, at the Headquarters of the General Department of Defense Industry (Km6+500 Thang Long Boulevard, Xuan Phuong Ward, Hanoi). This venue provides an ideal environment for professional exchange and direct engagement between the Organizing Committee and participating businesses.
Directed by the Ministry of National Defense, the conference involves the coordination of relevant specialized units and GAET Corporation in the reception, guidance, and implementation of sponsorship activities, in alignment with the master plan of the Vietnam Defence Expo 2026.
