Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam requested that agencies and units actively coordinate closely in building the configuration and combat-technical features of products that meet the combat requirements of the artillery - missile and tank forces in the new situation.
At the same time, coordinate to organize testing and acceptance of products to ensure strictness, compliance with regulations and absolute safety;
Continue to propose ordering tasks for research, design, and manufacture of armored vehicles and self-propelled guns suitable to equipment needs, and send them to the Military Science Department for appraisal, synthesis and reporting to the Head of the Ministry of National Defense for consideration and decision.
